No customization request proceeds without your approval of the provided timeline and cost.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Standard UAE Delivery

– 1–3 business days for non-customized items

– Customized orders may require additional time depending on production

– Delivery date for customized orders will be confirmed by email before finalizing the order

Express Delivery

Express delivery options may be available for certain products.

5. Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of customized products, returns and refunds are only accepted in the following cases:

Non-Customized Items

Non-customized items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:

– Unused

– In original packaging

– In resellable condition

Refund Processing

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect products. Customized products can only be remade if the issue is caused by production error.
